At Prime Bale Solution, we strive to ensure our wholesale partners receive the highest quality Grade A clothing bales. Due to the nature of wholesale liquidations and bulk fashion stock, our policy is designed to maintain transparency and fairness.
1. Bale Quality Standards: All bales are sold as Grade A quality, which may include minimal wear consistent with premium second-hand or overstock items. Minor variances in fabric or small manufacturing defects are considered standard for this grade.
2. Inspection & Acceptance: Customers are encouraged to inspect goods upon delivery or during viewing hours at our Beaufort West facility. Once a bale is opened and processed, it is deemed accepted.
3. Return Process: Returns are only accepted for significant grading errors (e.g., receiving Grade B stock instead of Grade A). Claims must be filed via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of the unopened bale seals and clearly visible discrepancies.
4. Refunds: Approved returns will be processed for exchange or credit note. Cash refunds are issued at the sole discretion of management and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
Delivery within South Africa takes 1 to 3 days, and delivery outside South Africa takes 1 to 8 days depending on your location.

1. Bulk Wholesale Orders: Prime Bale Solution operates strictly as a wholesale supplier. The minimum order quantity is one 50kg bale. Yields and item counts per bale are estimates based on average fabric weights and are not guaranteed.
2. Pricing & Payments: All prices shown are for bulk fashion stock. Payments must be cleared in full before international or domestic shipping is dispatched. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on global logistics and fabric availability.
3. Intellectual Property: The Prime Bale Solution name, logo, and website content (including photography of Grade A stock) are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of these assets for reselling purposes is strictly prohibited.
4. Liability: While we maintain rigorous quality control, Prime Bale Solution is not liable for secondary retail performance once bales have been distributed to your business. Our responsibility ends at the point of delivery to your specified logistics partner.
Return & Refund Policy

1. Wholesale Notice: As a global supplier of Grade A wholesale clothing bales, Prime Bale Solution operates primarily on a business-to-business bulk distribution model. Due to the nature of our inventory and logistics, all sales are considered final once dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Grade A Quality Assurance: Every 50kg bale is subjected to rigorous quality control to meet Grade A standards. While we ensure high fabric integrity and color retention, a standard wholesale tolerance of 5% for minor variations is applicable. Returns are only considered if the bale significantly diverges from its graded description.
3. Reporting Discrepancies: Any concerns regarding your bale must be reported in writing to primebalesolution@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number, photographs of the intact bale, shipping labels, and a detailed description of the discrepancy.
4. Refunds & Credits: Approved claims may be resolved through a partial credit towards your next bulk order or a replacement bale, determined on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer cash refunds for bulk shipping costs or international import duties.

4. Limitation of Liability: Prime Bale Solution shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our wholesale clothing. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific bale purchased.
